Note - this review is specifically about the management company ‘Mana Mana’ - there are many other rooms in this building managed by other companies.
I very rarely leave reviews but my experience with this ‘hotel company’ has been the worst I have ever come across.
I found dried blood on the blankets of the bed. I tried to raise this with the front desk but seemingly they have no one available at night. There is just a WhatsApp number to message.
I was informed that there was no other available room to swap into and that no one was available to come clean the bed. I have no idea what would happen if there was a serious emergency.
I was forced to book another room in the building in the middle of the night out of my own cost as the person on the end of the WhatsApp number said there were no other rooms available to move into (despite plenty of rooms being bookable on 訂房網站.com - again I believe this is due to a lack of a proper staffing at night).
They have since refused to refund me for my stay or reimburse me for the other room I had to pay for stating that the fact I got ‘upgraded’ into another room the next day settles things which obviously it does not - particularly as the new room I moved into lacked certain amenities of the original room. I am in the process of pursuing legal action.
In general there are also issues with the building itself. As others have mentioned there is an extremely long wait for lifts at peak times - not much thought went into building planning.
Also the concierge service is amongst the worst I have ever come across - however I understand this is separate to all the management companies that manage the rooms. They charge a fee for luggage storage which I have never come across and the concierge staff themselves are extremely unhelpful - when I enquired about local laundry services I was told to look it up myself on Google.
Ultimately this building is not a real hotel - it’s just a bunch of rooms run by different management companies that have no customer service. If your room is okay and you don’t have any issues then you will find your stay is pleasant enough. However if you have issues even very minor it will be a horrible experience for you.
There are plenty other actual hotels in the area - I would recommend spending just a bit extra money for peace of mind. However, if you must book a room in this building then do NOT book it with Mana Mana. Their room was much smaller than expected - the other room I ended up booking with a different management was much nicer for a lower price, however again, they were slow at responding to messages and I anticipate if I had an issue my experience would also have been bad.

I stayed in this place because room had a bath, but we were unable to use the bath because there was not enough hot water even after leaving the hot switch on and waiting for an hour. When I tried to contact reception, there was nobody on reception I went there four times 8 AM 9 AM, 11 AM and later in the afternoon at 4 PM and nobody was on reception and nobody could be contacted. To not have anybody at all the whole day on reception to help customers is appalling. Besides that every time you want to go to another floor, you have to wait a long time for an accessible lift as there are not enough lifts for the number of rooms and floors in the building. See the attached picture for their policy. they also refused to give us another room key, even though there were two of us in the room that needed to go to different places at different times and you need a key to use the lifts to access the room. They absolutely refused to help us and wouldn’t even consider giving us an extra key for additional money which meant that we could not do what we wanted to do when we wanted to do it. No bath use, zero staff attendance, no access to room for an hour while waiting for my partner to come back, hours wasted waiting for lifts and staff that never showed up. Ruined my 訂房網站! Terrible place.
這是我第一次給差評,這個所謂的酒店(其實是公寓)洗澡的熱水是需要一個熱水器開的,要等好久,房間沒飲用水,吹風機是壞的,我半夜兩點入住,好不容易燒完洗澡水洗澡,洗完澡拿著吹風機挨個電源試,發現吹風機確實是壞的,這個酒店房間沒有電話,我聯繫了訂房網站在線客服,客服小姑娘幫我打給前台,對方説一會會給我送,我就濕著頭髮一直等,等到凌晨四點,(等了一小時)還是沒有送,我拿房卡去一層問,前台説明天九點才能送吹風機,那為什麼回覆訂房網站説很快給送?然後前台就説no Chinese ,ps:第二天也並沒有送,直到第三天上午離店吹風機都是壞的,期間也催過好幾次,我們全家老的小的洗完頭都不能吹,濕頭髮開空調怕感冒,不開空調34度的天氣又很悶!房間的隔音也很差,馬路上大半夜摩託車炸街,另外房間不提供衞生打掃,寄存行李需要收費,總之一定不要以酒店的標準對待它,會很失望!
